UK gambling regulations require participants to be 18+, but we choose a higher threshold. Our policy aligns with our commitment to responsible gaming and guest comfort.

ID Verification
Accepted Forms of ID
All guests must present a valid, original (non-digital) form of identification upon arrival. We accept the following:
- Valid passport
- UK or EU photocard driving licence
- National identity card with photograph and date of birth
Digital copies or photographs of ID are not accepted. ID must be in date and clearly show the holder's date of birth.
Verification Process
Our front-of-house team will discreetly check ID at the entrance. If you are unable to provide valid ID, entry will be politely declined. This process is quick and respects your privacy.
Checks are conducted by trained staff. No personal data is recorded during the ID check.
